Phoenix Arts Co Classes
Accessibility & Learning Support
Phoenix Arts Co is committed to supporting students with accessibility or additional learning needs. To ensure an inclusive and supportive learning environment, please inform our education team if your child requires any special accommodations during their time at Phoenix Arts Co.
Age Requirements
Students participating in Phoenix Arts Co. programs such as classes and summer camps must meet the age requirement for the specific class by the session's start date. Phoenix Arts Co. reserves the right to withdraw students who are registered in an incorrect age group.
Attendance
All students attending classes must be officially registered. Instructors are not authorized to register students. Attendance is taken at the beginning of each session, and students who are not registered will be directed to our website for registration. Please note, there are no refunds or make-up sessions for missed classes.
Fees
Program fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. A fee of $25 will be charged for returned checks. Payments can be made via cheque, cash, VISA, or Mastercard.
Illness or Injury
Refunds are not given for missed classes unless a medical professional recommends withdrawal due to illness or injury. In this case, a pro-rated refund will be provided upon receipt of a doctor’s note.
Language Requirements
For safety reasons, students should have a basic understanding of English before attending classes. If your child does not have a working knowledge of English, please reach out to us at admin@phoenixartsco.com prior to the class start date to discuss possible accommodations.
Parent Pick-Up
Phoenix Arts Co is not responsible for students outside of class times. Parents or guardians who are late in picking up their child will be charged $10 for every 15-minute increment. Repeated lateness may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.
Publicity and Advertising
At the time of registration, we request parental permission to photograph and film students and their work for advertising, publicity, and archival purposes. Phoenix Arts Co reserves the right to display student artwork at no additional cost. If you do not want your child to be photographed or filmed for these purposes, please send a written request to admin@phoenixartsco.com.
Removal for Conduct
Phoenix Arts Co reserves the right to remove any student or parent who does not comply with our policies or engages in behavior that is disruptive to the goals and values of Phoenix Arts Co. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and the full session fees will be owed.
Withdrawal Fees & Deadlines
Requests for withdrawals or transfers must be submitted in writing. Non-attendance or failure to pay outstanding fees does not constitute formal withdrawal. If a withdrawal is necessary and supported by a doctor’s note, a pro-rated refund will be issued. Please send withdrawal requests to admin@phoenixartsco.com.
